This is a photo of my 3 year old grandson. He recently caught his first fish using the Emmord Packer. He was able to use the rod with ease. The rod in the photo is actually my rod. Earlier in the day he lost his grip and cast the line but the rod followed. It landed in the lake and sank to the bottom....lol We looked at each other in shock, he was shocked that he lost his rod forever, I was shocked that I had just spent $70 for it and he didnt even get to catch a fish. As the photo shows the day was successful when he got to reel in his first fish! Thank you!

Hi, I'm "Baja Bev" Seltzer, and my first fish caught on a Packer Emmrod was a feisty 5 3/4 pound vermilion rockfish. I followed this shortly with a 7 pound lingcod. Shallow-water, light-tackle saltwater fishing with the Emmrod was a lot of fun.

We are the Harris family. I brought an Emmrod for everybody, even the wife and they loved them. We go fishing as a family and all 4 rods, tackle, and supplies fit in a backpack that my 7 year old can carry!

On our first fishing trip we caught 52 Catfish in a 2 hour time frame. Christopher was tired of reeling them in!
